Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies
Deposits 💰
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due in person at the time of service.
• Deposits are applied toward your total balance.
• Deposits may only be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided; Otherwise it is non-refundable if canceled.
Cancellations & rescheduling 🚫
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service charge.
• Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service cost and must pay this fee before rebooking.
Payments 💵
• All services and retail will be taxed 7%.
• Card payments require a 3.5% platform fee

Late Arrivals ⏱️
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
•anything after 10 mins; $5 fee (5 more mins max)
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and your card on file will be charged 100% of the service cost as a no-show.
• Please arrive on time. If you arrive early, kindly wait in your car until your scheduled time. You may message me to see if I can take you earlier, but this is not guaranteed.
📍Location
• The building is a white brick building next to canine clean. Private parking is available in the back of the building. Please use the back door to enter. My suite will be upstairs #7.
Guests & Children 🚫🧑🧑🧒🧒
• For insurance and liability reasons, no children are allowed in the studio.
• You may bring one adult guest, but please note seating is limited.
•Snacks🥨🧃
Complementary snacks and drinks are only for clients being serviced. Extra guest would need to purchase items.
Service Policy ‼️ MUST READ
• No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. Please communicate any concerns during your appointment so adjustments can be made at that time.
• All clients must arrive with healthy, intact skin and nails. If you present with cuts, infections, fungal issues, or damaged nails/skin, service will be refused for health and liability reasons.
• New clients must arrive with no product on their nails. I do not remove work done by other nail techs. Only my own work will be removed. (You must book a soakoff if so )
• If you arrive with product from another tech or with unhealthy nail/skin conditions, your appointment will be canceled and 50% of the service fee will be charged.
• Please contact me in advance if you are unsure about the condition of your nails or skin.
Health & Safety😷🥽
• If you are feeling sick or unwell, please reschedule to protect the health of all clients and maintain a safe, clean studio.
• A podiatrist (for feet) or dermatologist (for nails/skin) note may be required if fungal or other medical conditions are suspected.
• no wet pedicures on diabetic clients ! (Will be referred to a medical professional.
Client Responsibility 👇🏽
• Results vary depending on lifestyle, aftercare, and maintenance. While I follow strict sanitation and safety protocols, you are responsible for proper aftercare and timely maintenance appointments.
• Some clients may experience sensitivities or allergic reactions. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and will not hold Beauty by Aracely LLC accountable.
FAQ
Is my appointment set if I request an appointment and put my card info in ?
: The answer is NO your appointment is not scheduled until it is accepted by me. Once accepted you will receive a confirmation email/text.(please do not show up without a confirmed appointment)
What are your prices ?
:They start at $45 for acrylics and go up by 5 per length. Design is NOT included in the base price. Please contact me for design pricing.
Where do I park ?
:Parking is available for clients at the back of the building. If the parking lot is full there is parking across the street at the Rocklyn office park 3 or at wasabi restaurant next door.
If my appointment is declined will I get my deposit back ?
: deposits are held by the system not me. You will automatically receive the deposit back by the system.
What if my appointment request is never accepted or declined ?
: Our system, GlossGenius, requires a deposit authorization to hold your desired time. Requests expire if not confirmed , the system then automatically releases the hold on your funds.
Can I pay with Apple cash , cashapp or Venmo ?
:NO , we only accept card, tap to pay or cash.
